In this program, the user declares a double variable as a parameter for Celsius in the user-defined function. When the user calls the function and the Celsius value passes to the function as an argument.
Finally, the Fahrenheit value displays on the screen using the scientific equations in C programming language.

Convert Celsius into Fahrenheit –  Entered by user

Program 2

In this program, the user declares a double variable as a parameter for Celsius in the user-defined function. When the user runs the program (calling the function), the program is asked for the value for Celsius and stores the given value in the variable Celsius as an argument for the function.
Finally, the Fahrenheit value is calculated using scientific equations and displayed on the screen.
